✓Write outcomes, not documents: “raised completion from 41% to 58%” beats “wrote 40 user stories”.
✓Name the domain (banking, lending, insurance, e-commerce) — most BA roles prefer domain experience.
✓If you write SQL or build dashboards, say so; it separates you from documentation-only BAs.
