Free ATS resume checker
Most companies — from startups on Naukri to MNCs on Workday — filter resumes with an applicant tracking system before a recruiter reads them. See how yours scores against the job you want.
How the score works
Keywords (60%) — we list the skills, tools and qualifications the posting asks for, then check whether each one appears in your resume. Required items count double.
Formatting (20%) — page count, images, tables, contact details and standard section headings: the things that make an ATS misread a resume.
Content (20%) — length, achievements with numbers, a summary, and whether the job title appears in your resume.
What a good score means
75 or more is a strong match. Below 50, the ATS will likely rank you under other applicants — usually because of missing keywords. Only add a keyword if it’s genuinely true of you: recruiters check.
